Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Alalar, we want your shopping experience to be flexible and worry-free. Below is our policy regarding cancellations for all purchase options, including one-time purchases and any subscription or recurring delivery options (if applicable).

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Cancellation of Purchase Options (Subscriptions / Recurring Orders)

If you selected a recurring delivery or subscription option:

  • You may cancel your recurring purchase at any time before the next billing date.

  • Once the next billing cycle begins, the order is automatically processed and cannot be canceled.

To cancel a subscription, please contact us or manage it through your customer portal (if enabled).


Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment fails, the system may attempt re-charging your payment method.
If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or canceled.


Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved before processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but may qualify for a return according to our Return Policy.
